Caching

Fineract 1.x supports e cache 3 by default where heap entries reserve 1000 sets of data for various entities such as users, tenants, offices. This application level caching is supported and must be used and if need can be extended to other entities.

Fineract CN does support caching , individual caching can be achieved since individual service can maintain their own DB.
