To define best practices for regional compliances for for Financial Institutions for using Open Source I.P, we are observing below modalities of the third party projects, listed in this guide :

a. Intellectual Property ownership changes through different legal bodies, in relation to these software I.P.R clarifications.

b. Diversity and Equity policies of the USA based public charities, maintaining these software source codes for distribution.

c. Governance structure(s) of the Project Lifecycle Managements including volunteer IP contribution protection.

d. Export restrictions on a US made software, including SBoM compliances.

Foundation fork is to be rendered Inactive until further notice.
