Deploying Fineract CN local and cloud

FIneract CN is phased out.

Bare minimum to run over local installation .

We have developed simple terraform scripts to run over AWS

Maintaining images

Fineract 1.x and CN services should be maintained as images which can be pulled by managed services or dev ops in production like in case of kubernetes.

Dockerfile is provided only in the source code of 1.x , building an image and maintaining the image will effectively reduce the workload on the service maintenance in production. Fineract CN docker files and images available here https://github.com/muellners/fineract-cn-containers
