This contributions Roadmap has covered functional use cases and descriptions, generated using feedback loops with Foundation's case study partners. During the active Roadmap, Foundation has maintained a fork of the source codes of these public projects.

Loan Repayment Calculator, loan cycle management

• Re engineering on Repayment Calculator to incorporate ability to generate semi monthly repayment frequency based loans.

• Re engineering on Client API to modularise Loan origination component of Fineract.

• Loan lifecycle events covering reschedule of loans, systematic functional use cases to cover Loan rescheduling for Covid related loan adjustments such as regulatory compliances.

• Entity to entity based mapping between distinct loan templates(loan products) & Office entity

• Ability to Refinance Loan using improvements on loan transactions between two loans

• Creating Net Disbursal Amount and abillity to compute NDA along different loan events.

Foundation observed slow PR reviews in the community review mechanism. Foundation also observed correction of key public facing records on the Apache Fineract project.

Foundation objected to ASF governance norms, in connection with organising a project linked public event for lack of transparency and ethical responsibility.

Foundation advocated for transparent and dilligent, open source practices in the Apache Fineract community, regarding the role of "For Profits" in the community.

An observation committee(Finscale CWC) was constituted and tasked to observe the Apache Software Foundation's Fineract project for undue influence from "For profit" stakeholders.

• Monthly Loan Scheduler Improvement and Enhancement

Q4: Oct, Nov, Dec

Technical Architectural Reviews, Design Principles reviews between Fineract 1.x and Fineract CN.

Feasibility tests on case studies of Self Help Groups(SHGs), and use cases on supply chain management. Observations were made with General discussions on Project's overall open source lifecycle direction on software's scalability and cloud native aspects.
